10 Rules about Food that you Can Discard

When it comes to preparing and cooking food, we all have rules that we believe are critical to follow for good health.

Here are a few rules that are unnecessary as it does not affect you or your meal.

Adding salt to dry beans while they cook
Using low heat to scramble eggs
Use butter to coat a pan when baking cake
Butter and eggs should be at room temperature before baking
Chicken must be trussed before roasting
Too much garlic is not good
Mix all dry ingredients before adding wet
Use the best and most expensive chocolate to cook
Cook with wine you enjoy drinking
