It is known that children pick up their worst habits at the very early stage of their lives. Once imbedded it may seem very difficult to get rid off. There are some health habits that are not only practical but beneficial for children.
Firstly, brushing and keeping their teeth clean. It’s a bit difficult to skip or even forget to brush in the morning, but at nights this is easy.
Train your kids to sit properly practicing good posture. Bad posture may not affect them at this tender age, but it is a difficult habit to get rid off.
Lastly, train them to sit quietly for at least 5 mins, eyes closed and think happy thoughts. This helps them to concentrate better, benefiting them for life.
