Coffee could boost the effect of breast cancer drug tamoxifen

Tamoxifen, a drug widely used for the treatment of breast cancer now seems to be more effective in users who drink at least two cups of coffee a day. Researchers are unable to say why this happens as the interaction of coffee with the treatment is not known. It was however observed that the caffeine in the coffee slows down or in some instances stop the growth of cancer cells. It may seem unbelievable, but the studies of the effect of coffee on cancer patients were done by several researchers, and the results were all conclusive.

They may not be able to explain why this happens, but it does not hurt to try. CLICK HERE to learn more on this.
